Frequently Asked Questions

What time is check in and check out?


Check in time is from 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. Check out time is at 11:30 a.m. If you need to check in or check out outside of these times please contact us prior to your arrival date and we will do our best to accommodate you.




Do you provide tolieties?


Yes! We provide shampoo and conditioner at reception. We do not provide individual bottles in the bedrooms, this saves us sending dozens of plasitc bottles to landfill.




Do you have rooms on the ground floor?


All of our rooms are located upstairs on the second floor.




Are you close to the INEC?


We are a less than 8-10 minutes walk from the INEC.




Do you provide parking?


Yes! We provide free parking to all of our guests.




Are all rooms ensuite?


Yes, all of our bedrooms are ensuite. We are an environmentally concious business so we ask our guests to shower between 6:30 - 10:00 and 3:30 p.m. - 10 p.m. This saves us pumping hot water 24/7 and dramatically reduces our carbon footprint. On sunny days our solar panels help us extend these hot water hours!




Do you have a luggage area?


We do indeed. Drop your bags off and explore Killarney!




What is your cancellation/refund policy?


The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.




What do I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation for my reservation?


Just drop us an email on slievebloommanor@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you quickly. However, our system is quite savvy so if you’ve booked a room we will be waiting for you when you get here.
