We Shop Locally
When purchasing our fruit and vegetables we always look to shop locally to not only support our local suppliers but also to ensure we are buying produce that is organic, freshly sourced and quality made. 
All of our meat & produce are locally sourced.

Our water is fresh and locally sourced from our Well below!
We don’t buy in wasteful plastic water bottles and we encourage you to fill up a reusable water bottle!

We have a towel and linen reuse programme to cut down on unnecessary washing
